Q: What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
A: First of all, don't worry. We’re here to help. If a product you receive is defective, complete an online Return Authorization Form and follow the directions to get the defective product back in our hands. If you receive fewer products than you ordered, complete our Order Shortage Form. You can also fill out and submit our UPS Claim Form if any of the products are damaged during shipping. And if you haven’t received your order within three days after placing it, complete our UPS Trace Form so we can locate where the order is.
